  • B.S. In Exercise Science from the University of West Florida 

I might not be the typical exercise science major, as in high school I was overweight and had not yet found the joy of fitness. I found CrossFit in 2011 and it led me to lose 100 pounds. CrossFit was for me because I love to push myself physically and mentally to a breaking point. I know how rewarding it is to see results when you push beyond what you thought might not be possible and look forward to helping others do so as well.
